This one is nearly a month in the making! π£οΈ The gin is infused, so that means itβs time to make the perfect g+t π check back to see how it turns out π
Ingredients:
400g rhubarb
250g sugar
1 freshly squeezed lemon
700ml of gin (@gunpowder.gin )
Recipe:
1. Wash lemons and rhubarb.
2. Cut rhubarb into 2-inch segments, and add them into a large, clean mason jar.
3. Add sugar and lemon juice into the jar and then give it a mix.
4. Let the mixture sit for 24 hours in a cool, dark place.
5. After 24 hours, add the gin to the jar.
6. Let the gin infuse for 2/3 weeks in a cool, dark place.
7. After 3 weeks, strain the rhubarb from the gin using a coffee filter.
8. Store in a sterile bottle and enjoy!
